Subway

This is the worst Subway to DINE IN at. The EMPLOYEES are terrible. I ordered food and ate here on Thursday for lunch. I had to head to work after, so I brought my clothing to change into. I used the restroom once before I ate and then I wanted to use it again once I was done so that I could change into my uniform and touch up on my makeup. As I'm approaching the bathroom, three employees come from behind the counter and tell me that I can no longer use the bathroom again. I asked why not? I'm a paying customer, I just want to change and touch up my make up. He told me that if I wanted to do that, then I should GO HOME. Then they started asking how long I wanted to use the bathroom for. At this point I grew livid. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused. I asked who the owner was and they refused that as well. Then they said that I needed to leave or they would call the police on me. Call the police on me for what? For trying to use the bathroom at a place that I spent my money at? Or call the police on me for asking to speak to a manager for being treated poorly? It was absolutely unacceptable. And I did go off.

They've added pizza, pasta bowls and boneless wings to their menu. The only thing I had not tried was their wings. But as far as the rest of the menu, I have not picked anything I did not like. Great additions to a already scrumptious menu of sandwichesFood: 5/5

It is 9:45am and this store is not open which is supposed to be open at 9:00am I took a detour to get to this location which is a very big inconvenience!

Honestly I was dissapointed. The people were kind of nice... but the whole area felt uncomfortable.Food: 2/5

Not my experience but needed to post it. My daughter & granddaughter went to this Subway in the shopping center at Alabama & Stanton Road. My granddaughter wanted it. So, they go inside & standing there looking at the menu. One of the employees asked them were they ready & my daughter told him, they still looking. He said take your time. Comes back a second time & they still can't decide what to get. This man who has no clue, decides to tell my daughter "It's your month, take your time". She was taken back for a moment & asked him did he say what she thought she heard? Now, he don't understand English. We allow people to come into our communities & get to comfortable. If, she would have attacked back with some foreigner reply, then she would be wrong. He lucky it was on a good day because he would have been calling the police. ** SO, NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING & TOLD FAMILY MEMBERS NOT TO GO THERE ANYMORE.

Not really a fan of them because I don't think their food is real just like the tuna fish I don't know but that is my opinion you might love it so go enjoy it only thing I get from there is the sweet onion teriyaki chicken that taste good

Customer service can be better but good spot

It was ok for a quick bite to eat even though they didn't have what we wanted meatballs for a meatball sub nor was the guy willing to make tem for us. We asked how long would it take. He said around 10 to 15 minutes. We were willing to wait but he said "NO" by explaining the whole process of what he had to do. So we settled for chicken sandwiches instead. No matter what the process, if YOU have the means to do something and capable of doing it, why not do it? Sometimes, kindness cost you nothing but time!

Awesome Service! Always have had my food prepared with a smile. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here. Additionally, I always order Macadamia nut cookies. So, every time one of the employees sees me, he says “what’s up cookie?” If you’re in the area, come here

Just on time. I felt like I could eat a cow so my opinion might be blurred. But this subway seemed to be ahead for some reason. Everything was fresh except for the lettuce. It seemed just a little bit off. But hey I won't complain I'd recommended this spot to a Friend.
