I came to leave a bad review and then saw it's 2 stars already lol. Pretty self explanatory. This subway sucks. I ordered the #4 dude couldn't even make it without reading the sign and it took him 10 minutes to make a 6 inch sub and then proceeded to rush me at check out and glare at me when I did not tip. Maybe I'm being a Karen but yeah this place sucks. Asked for double toasted and the sub is soggy too. His name was some variation of Samuel
Visited there last Sunday. Really impressed with the service.The Nepali guy was really friendly.His professionalism made my day and I left with a smile on my face. Will definitely be coming back.
i did not look at previous reviews before eating here. DO NOT BE LIKE ME. i hate to give a bad review as i never am one to leave reviews anywhere, but this place really deserved my two cents. let me walk you through my interesting experience, started off by asking for italian herb and cheese because i saw it behind the employee and was told there isn’t any… just plain Italian which i was fine with until my friend ordered directly after me and they miraculously found the italian herb and cheese that was there the whole time. the employee who i can only assume was the manager judging by how he was ordering around the only other employee, made me feel like an inconvenience to him because i was ordering a sandwich at subway—a literal sandwich shop. when i asked for more pickles he put TWO more, i felt like SpongeBob in that one episode iykyk. after asking for the receipt he gave me the wrong one assumingely purposely considering he didn’t charge me for the correct items whatsoever and also charged me double cheese on everything which was not received or even asked for. after all of this i was not in the mood to try and correct any of these issues because it didn’t seem like a solution was going to happen. i went to my car to try to enjoy my sandwich and to my surprise the bacon and chicken were both ice cold. i went back inside and very politely asked him to just simply reheat it so i could at minimum eat the food i just paid for. he put it back in the toaster for maximum 2 seconds. rolled it back up and slammed it into my hands. -100/10 experience, idk who’s in charge of Subways anymore but someone please come get this mans. it is making your brand look god-awful, thank you for listening.
I am standing in line to order, debating whether to leave. There is one employee here over lunch hour. I have been in line nearly 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a broken sound system playing and the sound is headache inducing. The only reason I haven't left yet is thanks to other customers getting out of line I am next up. This is really terrible - I will never come back to this location. I can't speak to the food - not sure I'll ever get it.
Honestly the worst fast food I've ever experienced. I ordered delivery via subway online and was not given the choice of store. I ordered 2 VEGGIE flatizza and received an UNCOOKED flap bread wrap with PEPPERONI,and no cheese!?. I also order a tuna foot long. It came with so little tuna, you can't even see it in picture. And the subbed pickles for the banana peppers I ordered. This location doesn't know how to make their own menu items and those they can make, they obviously try to make as cheaply as possible.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was sick and ordered a sandwich so I could take medicine and it arrived completely DISGUSTING. The bread was not cooked and I could see through the sandwich. After calling the store, I only received an “I’m sorry I am new here.” Pretty sure you don’t need to work there that long to know that the bread isn’t cooked.
I would write a detailed review, but the other people have summed it all up. This location is filthy, there's a very WEIRD power dynamic going on between the old man and all of the young women who work for him. The old man at this location puts his thumb in the measuring cups. If you want to know why your tuna/rotisserie chx etc is non-existent, well this is why. I ordered a foot long and after I mentioned that each scoop was visibly, as I was there while it was being made short, he immediately said "charge for extra chicken!" When I told him, no-thank-you, his attitude turned nasty. Also, he wears gloves while preparing food but then doesn't take them off while using the computer, while picking trash off the floor??? GROSS, and said the dead cockroach on the floor "must have come in with the previous" ppl. Disgusting. Here's a pic of my sandwich. Can you find the chicken? Dear UberEats! Remove this location from your menu!
I asked for a footlong Italian Herbs & Cheese bread and I didn’t hear what the worker said and was giving me a 6” and I told her that I said full long and she was very rude when she responded. I think they should hire experienced staff who know how to treat customers.
Very small parking lot. Order well in advance or you may get stuck behind the person ordering five foot longs, all completely different. Check your order before you leave, mine have been wrong more than once. Don't be surprised if lettuce is discolored - another problem I've had at this location.Food: 2/5
This is the absolute worse Subway that I have ever been to. Today, I waited in line for about forty minutes while only one employee serviced a long line of customers, during the lunch rush. Turns out the older gentleman was in the back the whole time; all of the customers were complaining about the long wait and he did nothing. My sandwich was awful, barely any tuna, long line, and seemed to be a lot of possible contamination going on making sandwiches and then checking customers out; using the computer. Parking also sucks. I will not be visiting this location again. Another time I ordered online, two hours in advance. When I arrived, my sandwich was not ready and I had to wait in line.
