Best subway in town, staff are friendly, fast, and get the job done. The restaurant is nice and big to eat inside. Food is always fresh and delicious!

It's subway so you know it's great, but the staff needs to just slow down a bit. I didn't order jalapenos amd I got a few. Plus my sandwich is a mess. Makes it hard to eat.

I made an online order. All of our subs were right except one which was on the wrong bread and was missing the cheese, veggies and the mayo. We usually order in store and every time there is the same girl and women working that are related, they both need to work on professionalism and customer service.

This is the ONLY Subway I will go to in Albuquerque. I come to eat here 2 or 3 times a month. The ladies who work here are ALWAYS nice. They always greet us when we come in and thank us when we leave. They hustle when they have a line, apologize for the wait, and thank us for our patience. It is ALWAYS clean and the food always looks fresh. I just went today and one of the girls was making me a sandwich and she stopped to sign for a package. She immediately changed her gloves after. Great service and amazing fresh food! I have not had any bad experiences here! I love eating here!

I was double charged for 2 sandwiches and requested a refund that I haven’t received. I called the manager and explained what happened. She told me she’d call back. I haven’t heard from them since Thanksgiving. Don’t come here!! You’ll be overcharged for things you didn’t order because employees are not trained correctly on how to work the register.

Disappointed they were closed at 7:43p.m. when the website states that they are open until 8:00 p.m. . The open sign was shut off and everything was all closed up. There are people who work until 7:00 p.m. or 7:30p.m. who want a quick bite to eat and stop by the restaurant and they are closed.

Ordered a Steak and Cheese for lunch, almost thought they forgot to add the steak. Have portions gone down?

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I’ve been to this subway several times. It’s my favorite place to eat. They recently hired 2 new employees and both seem to be there every time I order. Today drew the line. The new hire her name is mya. She put my signature wrap in the toaster. wrap and everything. I didn’t receive my Guacamole and they wrapped it super loose so everything falls out. Not only did that happen. She had messed up another order of mine. They had also charged me for a turkey instead of a tuna sandwich. I’m not going back to this store. The people who also have work there know me personally but choose to focus more on me than making my food.
