Absolute rudest staff. Wife ordered ahead for pick up in store. Arrived at location and staff had locked the doors. When she called , they indicated that her pickup order would have to go through the drive through, put her on mute and just set the phone down. Staff was rude at the window when getting the food. Took over an hour for the entire process. Refused to provide a receipt or information for the manager. Acknowledged that they have the phone off of the hook so customers cannot call the location. Call finally went through to location, employee answers and states “this is Taco Bell”. Franchisee needs to look into relieving the entire staff as this is not a one time incident at this location.
This place was okay. They kept messing up the order 3 times. The girl who took our order was great. But her co-workers kept playing around. We just wanted to get out of there. But at least we got our frosty keychains for FREE!!Food: 3/5
Longest wait in a drive thru I've ever experienced!!!!!! And the cashier either couldn't figure out how much change to give me OR she was checking all her messages and social media posts because she took forever to give my change back. Never again will I go back!
I went through the drive-thru but felt rushed to order she offered a number 6 combo but when it rang up at just under $10 I canceled it and ordered just a burger. When I tried to eat it the burger was raw in the middle and very messy. I wasn't pleased.Food: 3/5
The interior of this location is outstanding! However the restroom is something I'd STAY AWAY from. However, the parking lot is definitely something to be desired. At night it is sketchy, and not well-lit. All of the lot in this strip mall needs to be repaved; it is so bumpy and jagged. The food is fair. It's not terrible and not great; it's just kind average. The service is pretty quick and friendly so everything kinda balances, but this could be a great Wendy's if they just work on the freshness of food and update their parking lot. UPDATE: went to eat on the inside recently and the bathrooms are in serious need of repair and cleanup. The restroom was not very clean or up to standard. The toilet paper dispenser was removed from the wall and placed on the sink area. The sensors in the sink didn't work very well either as they didn't dispense with hardly any water* *it mainly drizzled. The restroom was full of graffiti. The restroom is a reflection of the entire restaurant. If the restroom isn't clean; what is the kitchen like? That is my personal standard for gauging restaurants; especially ones with average to low customer service. The service was also kinda subpar. I am going to have lower this a star.
I live by this Wendy's but everytime we got here we have to wait in drive thru line for 10 min and they end messing up my order. I ordered the southwest avocado salad. They gave me the apple salad with the southwest ranch dressing. I paid extra cents for this and that may not be a lot but every penny counts. I cannot go back just to correct a salad. And the cheese on this salad I cannot eat.
ayee so i am always in the area and find myself wit Edgar most of my visits he is very nice and charismatic brings a good energy as a manager
First time I’ve gone to Wendys and not actually been able to order anything. I go inside to order and there is a line that is not moving and the staff looks like they are only working the drive thru, so I leave and go to the drive thru only to wait another 10 minutes in a line that isn’t moving. I get it if they were understaffed but that is not excuse for such a long wait for so many people.
Poor poor food quality. I'm certain they don't change out the old grease with a fresh batch, fries are nasty. I'm certain the FDA would not approve of their cleaness or process. Order at your risk
