Would have given 4 stars but... I get that it's a friendly place/staff but when a family of four walks in and ready to order conversations with the current customer (story time) should be wrapped up a bit or call for other staff's help so no one is waiting awkwardly to be helped. When asked if I could make my salad a deluxe (add extra meat for extra charge) the lady helping me said that it's only an option for a sub order and dismissed me -- wrong! How hard is it to throw some extra meat on a bowl of salad? Overall clean place, food was as expected.

Very impressed with the service I received. Marla made my sub with love. Not only did she make my sub with love she also made my night........very good service I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family

Woman there at lunch insulted my Son and made fun of the way he talked, comparing him to an elementary student, all the while announcing she didn't care about anything, she needed a break. As a fellow customer service rep as well as a 25 year veteran of the food industry, I was floored. As an owner of a guide service locally, I will make sure everyone I come into contact with knows how awelful the service is. I'll drive anywhere to avoid that.
