They're understaffed and slower than molasses! It took well over 30 minutes to get one sandwich and there wasn't many customers there. Perhaps they had online orders to prepare but they could've been attentive to the current customers there.

This location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and the food is great. It’s rare to never have a bad experience at a fast food place, but I’ve never had one there. Eat fresh!!!

Sad day. Ordered a veggie sub to eat in the restaurant. Within a few minutes my entire sandwich was soggy from the excessive amount of oil and vinegar they put on it.
