Service was friendly, sandwiches were good. Bathrooms were not dirty but were not kept up like should be, and they were freezing but that's a minor thing. Hope this helps get their stars up from when it got bad reviews when management was different. We were pleased. A good place to a bit to eat when traveling. Lobby was clean and tidy.

I know this place used to be awful, but it has gotten better, and now it's just... Meh. Coming from an extensive Subway background, I analyze every store I go into. This one has a few health code violations, and I could tell that the line was too cold, as far as temps go. The lady was not very friendly, and was hard to understand. She also failed to use the proper procedure when adding guac to a sub. The flat bread has been left out for too long, and it was beginning to harden. Taste wise, it was messy, but not too bad. 3 stars is generous, as I know they are under relatively new management, and it may take time.
