One person working 2 ppl ahead of me I waited 15 min and gave up.I used to come here daily this place has really gone downhill. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Employee was mad I came in 35 minutes before closing. Unfriendly and sloppy making sandwich. Wanted extra green peppers and she refused. As I was walking out the door they turned off the lights and and guy ran up to the door and locked them 30 minutes before they closed at the posted time of 10pm. It's like this almost every time I go in during the evening hours, approximately 5pm to close.

Arrived at 4:30pm. One person on duty. 2 people ahead of me. I left store at 5:00pm. There were 8 people behind me. No manager in site. No other employees on site. Felt sorry for the older woman working there. She was quite frustrated. Poor management. Subway close to a school. Should be more people working there from 3:30 on. duh!

What is happening at this location? Are 4 and 5 star reviews coming from people who have actually been there recently?? The last time I went through the drive thru, the sandwich order was done wrong. So this evening, I went inside to get an order to go (so I could watch the sandwich being made). One young lady was working very hard behind the counter serving several customers, while another young lady in a Subway uniform sat in a booth snuggling with a young man, seemingly oblivious to the plight of the young lady who was working hard by herself. I wasn't sure if the second girl was on break or what she was doing, but even if she was on break, her behavior with the young man was totally not what I would expect from a worker in a business establishment, who is in the open view of customers. Unfortunately, recently the drive thru and ordering inside were both problematic enough to suggest finding a new place to go to grab a sandwich.
