Pure Eatery Fishers

Aside from the food, atmosphere and price being great (as it always is) I felt compelled to discuss the personnel. Went to Pure the other night for dinner, and as most carmel/fishers bistros, they allow dogs. Sat next to a table with a dog the other night who was seemingly well-behaved...until the food came out. Not wanting to embarrass the table, I - along with multiple other tables I presume - went to the staff and told them how disrupting the dog was... barking loudly and not being controlled by the owner. Not 10 minutes later, the manager came to the table and spoke to them quietly. To my surprise, she even offered them gift certificates since she had to ask them to leave!! Not many restaurants will do that especially when it is not their fault. Customer service and customer experience is not dead. 10/10 will come back again.

Decided to try this place for the first time with my family. It didn't seem that busy with plenty of waitresses. We got seated and drinks in a timely manner. After that though we were ignored by staff. No one acknowledged us. We ended up leaving going somewhere else. Saw another family leave right before us too.

I was excited this location is pet friendly . As soon as , I sat on the patio with my dog the server was extremely rude, and expressed attitude to myself and the other two ladies with me. We were actually asked to leave considering my dog was excited and was slightly playful. Long story short staff is extremely rude and not welcoming. Do not visit this location !!!!!!! Everyone in my party left extremely uncomfortable! Horrible staff .

We absolutely love this place! The food is great, best shrimp tacos around! The food doesn't leave you feeling disgusted with yourself. Great job Pure!
