I had the worst experience at this subway. First when I put my card in the chip reader the computer froze up and the lady working the desk blamed it on me taking out my card too soon and told everyone in line and working that it was essentially my fault, which was not true my card was in the machine the whole time. Then 3 minutes later when the machine worked I left with my food and got home to see that I was charged twice... I understood human/technology errors so I was not all that mad until I called and was "on hold" (the guy set the phone down so I could hear them not talking at all about my issue) for 11 minutes. So I finally decided to come back in. When I came in the guy apologized for me being on hold and said he was on the other line the whole time (which was obviously not true because I heard the whole conversation) and proceeded to help me with the issue. He then proceeded to tell me it was a bank issue and not Subways and the girl was backing him up and acting like they were not going to help me. When I showed them my bank account they saw that they were wrong and called the owner who told them to give me cash, but before handing it to me still was saying that it was my bank and not them. The food was good but I will never go back to this particular subway even though it is the closest to where I go to school and live. The service was horrendous. I've never felt so belittled by an establishment.

Great Place. Staff is very friendly. Quick service. Limited Dinning option available. Parking can be challenging during peak hours. Grat

Had amazing a -1 service the manager on shift was a true leader her store was clean food was great.as well as the other employees everyone was hands on deck . This is only subway I will bring my business to . I will always refer everyone to this store over any other subway .that manger needs award of the century

Slow. Unbelievably slow. Doesn't matter if you are the only one there, you'll be there ten minutes.

Close to campus, friendly staff. You can usually pick up free WiFi from other restaurants in the immediate area, which is nice!
