SUBWAY®Restaurants

I frequently visit on weekdays between 12 &1 pm. The air conditioning is nearly non-existant so it was hotter inside the building than outside (not a new problem for this location). The employees work their tails off in the 80 degree temperatures. The long line at lunch time moves steadily and all the employees are polite and quick despite looking exhausted from the heat.

Every Subway in Columbia needs major improvement. From the minute I walk in to any location the employees look upset to see another customer come through the door. Probably because they are always under staffed and busy. There is no presence of management, just a ghost town with a couple employees. There is always a wait when I go. Constantly putting on too many condiments. Several of my friends complain when they bite into their sandwich they get a mouth full of mayo. Gross! I use to love Subway and it's going downhill.

They have great service in Columbia Missouri it's the healthiest fast food you can find....

I used to go to this location for breakfast frequently. In the last year it has been a complete disappointment. They changed their hours and stopped opening at 7a.m. without changing there signage. They have updated their sign finally to reflect opening at 8a.m. However, the last two time I came by at 8 they were not open. The last time there was an employee inside after 8 that just waved me away. Horrible service and completely unreliable.
