SUBWAY®Restaurants

This is my daughter's favorite subway. They are always prompt and friendly. Many of the staff know her and greet her personally when she comes in for her favorite sandwich. We have other subways near us and she always insists we go to this one

It was a below average Subway. Not the cleanest behind the counter. Employees hanging out in the back leaving people waiting. Employees need training in friendliness, eye contact and manners.

Staff was very sloppy with the sandwiches. Everything was falling out and was absolutely drenched in sauce. Not the greatest Subway I’ve ever been to.

Food service area was filthy. Although the customer service from the man with a unique D name made up for the the cleanliness issue and his partners attitude problem.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They DOUBLE CHARGED US and wont refund us our money without going up there with a bank statment. The worst part about it --- the food we got was completely incorrect, so we didn't even eat it. The assisatant store manager even says "The store manager isnt very helpful." Steve, seriously, learn how to run your business. I can't imagine the Subway Corporation is okay with their name being tarnished over $20.
