Penn Station East Coast Subs

Wish I could do -stars worse nastest sandwich ever... I about choked on it and I order 3 sandwichs and all 3 were a mess nothing was made right... And the service sucks can't even take it back to have it remade cuz the last time I did that the worker was cursing me out and tried to give me back the same food after it was thrown acrossed the room.. I'm going to stick with Subway and Potbellys at least there they make it right and are friendly

Subs were extremely dry my wife and I actually tossed them in the garbage can most definitely will not revisit this location as they cannot get an order correct to save their lives specifically requested things not to be added to the sandwich due to dieting but when you get home and find things that you ask not to be on your sandwich still somehow finds its way on it. Very sad but lesson learned

The manager was VERY helpful. It says Andrea on my receipt. Not sure if that's her because I know sometimes others will occasionally cashier on another cashier's drawer. She helped me with the scanning of the bar code in the Penn station app so I can accumulate reward points. Everyone working when I went was extremely pleasant & seemed happy to make my food.

The food was alright when made properly but the service is quite terrible. I had the manager with glasses and she was intentionally rude about my order and started nagging about customers IN FRONT OF ME when I asked for a remake. This isn't the first time this has happened too, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if she's working there and happens to mess up on an order again.
