Subway on Elmora is ok. They always have different people working there. Today the young lady that took care of me at first must of had a long day. She looked so depress. I'm smiling at all times and the other employee realized that and took over. Now that is what I call good customer service. On top of that gave me a discount. I hope that young lady that was not having a good evening go home have a good rest and come back tomorrow with smiles for her customers. Happy Holidays
I visited yesterday and my friend wanted me to order a wrap he found on an online menu. Though they didn't know that specific wrap, they were very accommodating. I kept showing them my phone with the ingredients and they made it no problem. This is my first time visiting since the pandemic, and before I used to come here more often. There are stickers on the floor for customers to keep distance and a transparent barrier when you're ordering. I've never had any issues here and my food is always great!

Food quality is decent. Subway has not changed much over the years. The only unnerving thing about this convenient location is I had to stop frequenting due to employees multiple instances never having the mask over their nose, which makes me worried about them breathing over the ingredients I ingest. Do better.
Excellent place, clean, service is prompt, and they follow protocols. 3 Stars.
You need to have ketchup available for your customers
Definitely one of the better run Subways in the area. Owner is chill, and maintains a good atmosphere. Reasonable clean. Well staffed, unlike some other Subways which put 1 person making sandwiches at lunch rush. Been eating here for over 10 years, and will continue.
Quick service, clean place. Standard Subway menu. Took off 1 star because the staff on duty weren't very welcoming. At each stage of the sandwich preparation they didn't coordinate with each other and clearly had a gripe between them. The service was okay but akward.
Bad customer experience, employee was talking in another language to another customer giving him free food and wasn’t paying any attention to my order and gave me the wrong veggies. Employee after that disrespectfully argues with me about how I had a zero balance on my rewards when I had more than enough to redeem for a free sub. I proved him wrong when I payed and showed him he receipt. Other than that the place is clean, but needs employees who pay attention to the order and respect the customers.
The place has very good customer service. The is friendly.The sandwiches are good. I always get them the way I want them.
