Sue's Hallmark Shop

This was the third time we've been in this particular Hallmark store (Fitchburg, WI) and have had issues with the people who work there. While there is a nice selection of cards to choose from, the customer service is lousy. We tried to use a coupon and it took two people five minutes to try and figure out how to credit the sale. We were told that because they are an independent store, they don't scan in coupons like other Hallmark stores - they have to enter the code and that sometimes requires them to look that information up online while the sale is taking place. You'd think they'd have a better method of accepting coupons that must surely come into the store with more than a single customer. Because we've had similar issues with the personnel in this store - we will be shopping elsewhere for our cards.

Nice store with a good selection of cards and gifts. My go-to store when I need an extra nice card for a special occasion. Staff is friendly too.
