I recently came to Suit Supply to get fitted for my wedding. Shane took great care of myself and my groomsmen! He was very knowledgeable with a great fashion sense! He had me and my groomsmen looking like a million bucks! Everyone was very fitted and tailored! I would definitely recommend seeing Shane for all your tailored needs. I can’t thank him enough for taking care of me and my guys!
Went to Suitsupply with my father to pick out new suits for my son's bar mitzvah. Kevin was great at helping us find what we wanted in our price range. Got the exact suit I wanted and after alterations it'll fit perfectly. Contrary to some reviews, everyone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience getting my first suit, and it was all thanks to Syd. Syd helped me sort my way through the plethora of tailoring options all of which was totally new to me and find a look that's uniquely me. They listened to me, but I also felt like they were always giving me their sincere, honest opinion. The suit turned out amazing—literally seconds after I walked into the room, I got a compliment from a total stranger, and I continued getting them all night. I felt so suave wearing my suit, and it was all just such an affirming experience Thank you, Syd!
First let me start by saying this location is in an easily accessible location with great local attractions nearby. Upon entering the store my Dad and I were greeted by our Sales Associate Shane. He walked us through the entire suit purchasing process. He helped my Dad choose the perfect worsted wool fabric. Shane has an excellent eye for detail as we were pleased with the accessories he chose to compliment the suit. I look forward to working with Shane in the future.
Class act & stellar performance by Shane. Already being well versed in men's fashion, it came to my surprise how ill prepared I was when it came time to buy a suit. Between colors, fabrics, sizing and accessories I was lost. Shane was knowledgeable and lead me in every direction that resulted in my best fashion purchase off 2022 hands down! From making sure my personal style was shown while maintaining a professional look to expediting the shipping, ensuring it came before the wedding. The customer experience was a 10/10. Kudos to him and the rest of the DC suitsupply team. Will definitely be returning.
Highly positive experiences with this location. Suitsupply’s online order and in-store fitting combination has been a godsend for me. Purchased multiples suits with a short turnaround and they completed pristine alterations same day or next. Team moves swiftly but provides an inviting atmosphere. Quality of the materials also punches way above the price.
Two words to describe Shane, “Amazing + Patient!” The store was super busy and my husband and I weren’t privy that we had an option to book an appointment ahead of time. I simply walked in a novice and felt like an expert when I walked out. Not only did Shane accommodate us and give us so much knowledge about the brand, fabrics, and proper fit but he also accommodated his appointment at the exact same time. His communication was clear, confident, and precise between both parties. I very much appreciated his calm and cool demeanor, especially amongst all the chaos. SuitSupply is lucky to have this guy. My husband looked like a million bucks. Kudos to Shane!
There are so many things I can say about this store and only one is positive; they offer free beverages. Other than that I will never shop there again. Not only is the staff condescending but their prices are grossly marked up. I did a cost comparison of the exact same suit, designer and model and found it significantly cheaper. The store looks nice and is in a great area but you can walk down the street and find better deals. Don't throw your money away because they gave you a free bottle of water.
Had the best experience at Suitsupply with Sam today! Brought in two friends and we had a fantastic time shopping. He made sure everyone was taken care of, had great recommendations, and was very knowledgable about the products. I'd recommend this Suitsupply location to anyone - and make sure to book an appointment with Sam!
