They destroyed my roof during installation and won't take responsibility for it. The quote they give you is actually pretty good, but don't forget to take into account the cost to repair your roof after they demolish it.

Rather rude and matter of fact in rejecting my inquiry regarding installation of a battery back up system on an existing system. They do not work on existing systems and therefore did not want to answer any questions. They need a few classes in proper customer service.

I am impressed with Sullivan Solar Power's focus on education rather than a pushy sales tactic. Their commuity solar Q&A events are very informative and they even teach elementary school students about renewable energy. This is a company with a greater purpose and it really shows.
