Summit Eyecare - Butte

Excellent eye care at Summit. I have been recently been struggling with my vision and have been putting off going to the eye doctor. I had Lasik surgery about 12 years ago and it has been great but I have been struggling to see clearly for the past couple of years. I finally decided to have my eyes checked. I really didn't want to wear glasses but I thought they may help since I am at the computer so much during the work week. After what I felt was a very comprehensive exam it turned out that my eyes were reacting to my RA which makes my eyes dry and then tear up frequently. Dr. Flemming prescribed some eye drops and let me know that glasses my not be necessary! I thought it was awesome that they didn't push the glasses or try to sell them to me. It was completely my choice to look at frames and consider glasses again. I was also very happy that they took the time to explain how insurance worked with eye care. Some of my visits can be billed to my insurance and they were very helpful to explain to me how insurance works with eye care. The overall experience was awesome and though I may choose glasses in the future, right now the drops seem to be working and when I see Dr. Flemming again, we'll check my progress. It is so comforting to know that they checked my eyes thoroughly. They are very professional and caring!
