Patientconnect review of shady billing practices would be accurate. Specifically stated we did not want to have to continuously deal with issues and take time off work repeatedly, yet here we are problem STILL NOT resolved and seeking care elsewhere even after having to have temporary work done elsewhere in between time because this facility is apparently inadequate on many levels. I highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere, and while I may have been in the wrong dropping the F bomb during a phone complaint, while asking, when are we going to stop playing games, this facility is 100% in the wrong for its deceptive and lacking ethical behavior and quality of work provided. Absolutely unacceptable!

My family loves Summit Family Dental! Dr. Millard and Dr. Leinen are so personable and friendly. And all the staff is truly top notch. We have three little kids and even they love going to the dentist for their check ups and cleanings! The hygienists are all wonderful as well. They’re gentle when cleaning and always friendly. And they all always make great efforts to get you in an out with minimal waiting. If you don’t want to dread going to the dentist, choose Summit Family Dental. They’re great!

Just a shout out to the Dental Assistants, they do such a great job! Brinkley was the assistant at my last appointment and she made my regular cleaning a great experience! She was very personable and friendly throughout the entire appointment. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

We love Summit! Our family has been patients of Dr. Leinen & his hygienist, Julie since we moved to Ankeny. They’re the absolute best! They listen to all our concerns, are respectful of our requests, gentle & quick. They remember our family & pick right up in conversation from the last time they saw us & ask about our kids. We highly recommend Summit for your family!

Never liked the dentist until I found Summit Family! So very friendly & they just make you feel special. My hygienist Meg is so much fun to talk to that I almost forget why I’m there! And the best part is that my 2 boys enjoy going to the dentist which makes me a happy Mom!

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. I get extremely nervous going to the dentist and haven't gone in far too long. They were able to get me in at a needed time and I didn't have to wait long for that appointment. The front desk was kind and welcoming. Most of my visit was with Brinkley and she was amazing. She was kind, made me feel at ease and comfortable. She didn't judge that it had been awhile and she was very gentle. I'm happy to have found a new dental office.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Summit Family Dental. Really friendly staff and my appointments have always started on time or pretty close to when they were supposed to. The office is clean and neat. Megan is really thorough with the cleanings and very friendly. Dr. Millard is great to work with and thorough when checking my teeth and oral health. Overall, Summit is a great place for my dental needs!

Summit Family Dental is top notch. I have trusted them with my dental heath for almost two years. I’ve never been happier with my dentist Dr. Millard as well as the hygienist Julie. They were both wonderful. They answered any questions I had about my dental heath. They also made some great recommendations that I follow to this day. Everyone there is nice! I can not speak highly enough about Summit Family Dental!

Summit Family Dental is great! As someone who is not a huge fan of the dentist, they make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and listen to all of your needs. The entire team is so friendly and engaged with their customers. If you need a great dental team, I would highly recommend!

I went into Summit this week to get some long awaited cosmetic crowns done. Dr. Linen and assistant Shea were a great team and did an amazing job! I also love my hygienist Julie - she always has a smile on her face and does a great job!
