My experience here was very pleasant. I was very nervous at 1st, never been in a situation like this but had to do what was best for me. I thought I would be there all day but the process wasn't that bad. I started at 9am finished at 2:30pm After signing in, the process went smooth. Every 15-30mins you are being called to complete the next step in the process,payment room, ultrasound room, consultation room, prep room, > operation room. So u are not sitting for long hours just waiting. I was able to get a discount assistance too. You may need to call in advance and ask about it prior to your appointment. At the surgical procedure I was put to sleep and didn't feel anything I woke up, had mild cramping but that was it. They provided snacks and juice and I was out the door. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff I met they were very informative and wrote me a notice to be off work for 1week. Geraldine - front desk staff Adrien- Admin Shaquira - health Educator. They were all very nice and made my visit very welcoming.

I found this place through a google search. I didn’t have anyone to refer me. I was looking for someone whom could get me in immediately. I’ve never had to do any of this so this was my first rodeo. I am so glad I came across such a wonderful place with such wonderful staff. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, everyone welcomes you with open arms & treats you like family while you’re here. I was so nervous but the procedure went great & smooth & the staff walked me through every step & reassured me that i would be fine & it definitely eased some anxiety.

The staff is awesome and the facility is pretty nice. However, if you are not sure, make sure you get your ultrasound done somewhere else. There are places that do more accurate/v*ginal ultrasounds for free. Summit will charge you $165 for a topical ultrasound that literally took between 30-60 secs for them to complete. That part is definitely a scam/not worth it. And of course in accordance with the law if you are past around 6w5d, they cannot move forward. Definitely sucked to be charged $165 when the total cost of service would’ve been $315 if you qualify as low income. Something that took only a minute costs more than the actual procedure, including if you choose anesthesia. If you are absolutely sure you are super early, I’d recommend this place, but if you have any doubt, look up free ultrasounds in Atlanta and save $165!

My experience here was absolutely amazing!!! Every woman that I interacted with was very nice and answered any questions that I may have had. Geraldine-Front Desk Staff *I believe she’s the one I spoke with when I first called to schedule an appointment and she’s the reason why I knew I chose the right place. I was placed on hold for not even 3 minutes and she came back on the phone and apologized for the hold time which was nice! Geraldine sent me information via email with instructions on how to get to Summit and do’s/dont’s. Suki- Ultrasound *She did my ultrasound and made me very, very comfortable. We had a great conversation and she made me laugh. Something that I needed after making such a huge decision She answered a few questions that I had and was very informative. T- Lab Work *T is my girl!!! We connected as if we had known one another for awhile. I had to thank her for being so kind and making me feel so much better and she turned around and thanked me for being pleasant. All of this was during my initial visit. I had a follow-up appt today and had to see T again for lab work and she was like “heyyyy I remember you juicy veins” *Insider* I told her that I really am glad that I chose Summit and hoped to see her again in passing cause that would be my first and last time having to come there. Erica- Education *There was a group of us that went to speak with Erica and she gave instructions on how to take the pills as well as the do’s and dont’s.. She was very informative and so helpful. When it was just Erica and I in her office, she advised me of how important it was to come back for my follow-up and I reassured her I would be back no doubt. Janice-Vaginal ultrasound *Today during my follow-up visit I had to get a vaginal ultrasound that was performed by Janice. Such a very nice woman and made sure that I was comfortable and apologized at any moment when I would jump during my vaginal ultrasound. It wasn’t painful at all maybe a little uncomfortable and the gel was cold. Janice asked me how I had been doing since my initial visit also. I thanked her for being so kind to me and she replied “you always treat others how you want to be treated.” That is the golden rule that I always live by so it was nice to also interact with someone who lives by the golden rule. This was my first time having to go through something like this and the emotional effect that it has on me is crazy. I didn’t think that I would be so sad but I had to make the best decision for me. Being surrounded by these amazing women really made me feel sooo much better! I highly recommend this establishment! *Be prepared to be there for at LEAST 4-5 hours. Make sure your phone is charged and that you have headphones. It is okay to eat before you come also. I didn’t mind waiting because everyone I interacted with was pleasant.*

Im beyond thankful for this establishment. Mrs. Suki took amazing care of me. Very professional and gave me much grace even when I didn’t have any for myself. I would recommend her and this place 1000 times. They are saving lives.

Very clean and wonderful sweet and caring staff. Dr. Suki very warm and kind and even held my hand when i had a week moment. Ericas the health educator so sweet even brought us snacks and so attentive!. Dr. Siegal was so imformative and very warm and kind. Overall very good experience!

The clinic is well organized and ran. From the time I made my appointment Sasha was more than accommodating to my situation. She went over and beyond to help me. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient with the process especially Sarah. The sono tech, lab tech Adrien the Administrator health ed as well as finance were very pleasant and professional. The entire back office staff made me feel safe and comfortable like I mattered. I'm more than appreciative of this clinic, the staff, as well as the work they do. I'm sure it isn't easy to deal with angry, hurt, and rude clients but this team does it with no complaints. Thank you Summit!

I had a great experience and everyone made me feel comfortable. Steve the anesthesiologist was the best and made me feel the most comfortable before everything started!

Honestly the worst experience a clinic staff has ever offered me. Sarah and Olivia at the front desk upon arrival gave a rude and unwelcoming greeting. Couldn’t even bring my small purse inside which held my payment method and driver’s license for some odd reason which they refused to explain after I asked twice. While sitting in the waiting room I could easily hear Sarah in particular and other employees gossiping about patients private information. At one point even heard Sarah questioning my nausea concern to water when I only had told my nurse privately in a separate room. Overall the clinic is overpriced and I would not recommend Summit to anyone.

SUMMIT honored appointment times! So greatful I found this place after I walked out of another facility offering the same service but a cheaper price. SUMMIT MED is well worth the money! I was nervous & booked an appointment at the 1st place I saw unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the 3.1 rating! Luckily I got my whits about me & left I GOOGLED again & paid attention to RATINGS this time. I cry anytime I think of how I almost went somewhere else. SUMMIT WAS PERFECT FOR ME! SUMMIT deserves a perfect 5 in my opinion. I was treated like an individual & like a human with feelings that MATER! Literally anyone working there asked me how I was feeling & really listened. I can't say enough wonderful things about my personal experience
