Worst attitude ever experienced! The lady at front desk is very rude and impatient! Every question my mom asked was answered a question! Ridiculous!

Worst experience at this place so far. The ladies here have no customer service skills, no mannerism, and are flat out rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting medical to let them know how customers are treated here. I will no be returning to this location.

I came here after lunch to get my blood drawn. Only 2 people ahead of me and went in and out in 30 minutes. There appears to only be one lady that does everything and she seemed nice.

If I can give these people a zero I would. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. The phlebotomist and the front desk lady did not even look at me when they were helping me. If these people hate people and their jobs so much why don't they just quit. I will not come back to this Sun Lab again.
