This place is terrible  only on person for front and back.  She doesn't  know how to make the best choices.  We were waiting  and when a new patient come ins  she decided to check  his insurance  instead of helping  the us.  We were here already for her to help us.   Almost an hour and were still here.

I love this place! My veins suck!I am and have been called a "hard stick!" When I need blood drawn I really hate going. Having gone here now 5 times the phlebotomist getting it on one stick, is no longer a fluke!  Yes, we sometimes have to wait, since it is a one person show most of the time... however, personally, I will wait my turn and be glad to no longer have a lot of bandages for missed or blown veins!

One staff doing all paper work and blood draws. Stupid process. People waiting over 2 hrs after fasting 12  hours. Very unprofessional. Very inconvenient .
