Sun Valley Community Center

We didn't actually visit the community center, we went to the pool. It's $3 per adult and $2 for 9 yr old and under. It's a nice pool, L shape and has 12ft deep. No diving though. There was little to no shade and about 5 picnic tables. Point being bring your own chair and shade if needed. You can bring small coolers and your own food,which is a plus. All in all it's a decent, cheap outing for a family.

Great place to swim and get a tan bring your own chair have 4 or 5 picnic tables life guards are on duty. Had a blast on Memorial Day!!

I love them! They help me with my taxes. I'm so glad they offer that service come tax time. I'm very grateful to all those hard working volunteers!

This is the place to go, for the family and senior activities. Yes' on Bethany Lane. I met with a Bobby Wilson Head Activity director, I was impressed. The staff and members -they all were so nice. The time of my visit was brief, of course a social meeting with Deyonne' department head. But I felt very much welcome. There is so much to do at this facility. Nevertheless, it is somewhat hidden away from the traffic and may be difficult to get to on public transportation. It is a shame though, the city of Louisville cannot offer a decent infrastructure, that is much needed to bridge the General Community to this center. By putting in sidewalks and walkways from it main road Dixie Highway. This is a hidden Jewel with a loyal and dedicated fan base for over 20(+) years. Great job! Signed. UOL Student of Social Work

Best place for all kinds of kids groups and activities! Staff is so friendly and easy to talk to.
