The most unethical group of realators ever!  Run, run fast from a huge waste of time of dealing with this group.

I would love to know who I asked to violate any ethical standards.  I signed a contract with them, agreed to purchase a business and then they chose to not honor the agreement and allow the seller to not honor the agreement.   I was told by the broker that the landowner would be ecicting the business and may be interested in selling.  I expressed an interest in both.   The best was the refusal to discuss any of the matters and to not return phone calls.  All in all, a waste of time and money.
