US Small Business Administration

I put in a request via email, received an automatic reply and nothing, two times. I hope that the place is vacant rather than someone earning a salary for ignoring requests.

1/2 a star because I had no choice & the other 1/2 star because of their locale... Hello Canal Place; what's not to LOVE???? I had the task of dropping off a package & since I missed the 4:30p office closing the day before; I had to get up EARLY the next morning to finish what I started. Looking for parking because, while some offices in One Canal Place do VALIDATE parking, I doubt SBA is one. After locating a street level metered parking spot; at 8:05a, I sprinted for the elevators, 17-31 to get to the 28th floor. Only to turn the corner & wham-o, 8:09a, still closed. I called at 8:11, then again at 8:14; to no avail. Finallllllllllly after hearing my hand make thudding sounds on the glass door, a nicely clad gentleman unlocked the door & received my package. With only 5 minutes to spare, I reverse sprinted back to my car; pheeewwwwwww NO TICKET!!! Morale of the review/story; go in the middle of the day because first thing in the morning & last thing in the afternoon will leave you sprinting to & fro.
