A much needed haven in these challenging times! Everyone there from the front desk to the manager and the owner are so nice and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I have been going there for over a year and absolutely love this place. Its a place where you can go and relax and look great afterwards. You can get really dark for the spray tan even if your fair complected like me. Go check them out.
Had been a member for years, currently moving, thank goodness, will no longer need the service e here. Continuously over the years watched the customer service become "sub-par". The entitlement attitude, instead of serving customers is very discerning. Only is taught from management down.
This place AMAZING, all of the girls were so sweet to me and gave me great information on all of the services they have, I have been tanning in their level 3 bed and my color is amazing, I LOVE IT! I even do the spray tans and get such great color PLUS its a machine so your not weirded out by someone having to spray you!!
Went about a week ago I do believe and let me tell ya I am absolutely in love!!! It was my first time! I am just not feeling myself after having my kiddo and the lady upfront was just amazing!! Forgive me as I don’t remember her name but she made me feel like as if I walked into my family’s home! So very welcoming! Definitely will be coming back!! Thank you
From my experience, this tanning salon only wants certain people to be there. Terrible customer service, rude, immature, and the need to feel oppressed. If I breathed your oxygen while I walked past the staff, forgive me it won't happen again. I felt I always had to be overly friendly just to be there, despite all this, I always treated the staff with respect and dignity. But hey, you got a full years membership out of me for red light therapy, so you got my money up front. Good riddance. Joshua Ortega
I’m VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service. I recently went in for the first time not knowing much about tanning. The girl at the front desk asked me what bed I wanted. Not knowing much about tanning beds but knowing I wanted the best bang for my buck, I chose the maximum time on a level 2. She never offered any information or made any other recommendations even though I told her I’d never been there before so I thought my choice was good. She never even offered to sell me any of the lotions which I might have bought had I known what they were for but I’m glad I didn’t. After I paid, I waited in the lobby for the bed to become available as I had to endure hearing the conversation she and another girl co-worker? were having about their relationship struggles. No professionalism whatsoever; I couldn’t help but be embarrassed for them. Needless to say, I ended up with a bad sunburn that left me in tears from the pain and frustration for days. There weren’t even any warning signs in the tanning room. I learned a lot about tanning beds the hard way. If you are a beginning tanner, do your homework. I wish I had. Don’t expect anyone to inform or educate you or even care about you. If I was the business owner, I’d hire employees who brought more to the table than a pretty young face and a good tan...or at least, put signs up in the tanning room to do what the employees don’t. I personally will NEVER use a tanning bed again! I don’t know how this place remains in business.
I go to Suncare on Montgomery for the Red Light Therapy and Mystic Spray tans. The red light really helps with fading my scars and makes my skin feel smoothe. I love the spray tan because I can choose the color I want and also they have yummy scents I add to it. I typically do a medium or dark spray depending on what my goal is. The staff is always so friendly and the place is super clean. I like that they have baby wipes available too.
They completely lost proof of my membership. Manager asked me to bring in proof of payment, then they claimed they didn't know how much of the membership I had used. I got a duplicate copy of the doctor's note they had originally requested. Got a call from the manager saying they would give me 2 weeks in exchange for the 7 months I still had on my membership. They have No written policy to explain that when you put your membership on hold for medical reasons you are just "out of luck" when the time runs out. STAY AWAY unless you can predict the future and know you won't have any medical problems. I could see if I had no proof of payment or they had a written policy or contract, but they do not. Unprofessional. Will dispute the credit card charge for the full amount since they leave me no other option.
My favorite location to tan! The level three bed is amazing if you’re an experienced tanner!! The girls are so friendly and nice! Beds are always clean and a relaxing atmosphere! Definitely best services in abq!
Got a spray tan here the night before going on vacation. Didn’t shower for 24 hours after since I was just flying and wanted the tan to fully develop. Big let down. I barely can tell a difference in my color. There is zero difference on my chest and legs. Spent $35 and have no tan for my trip.
