Sundance Dental Care of Gallup

Super scared of the dentist, Holly (Front Office Lead) and Dr. King made me feel very relaxed and informed. Before any process was started they thoroughly explained how and why it was to be done. I will definitely return with my family to have all our dental needs taken care of. Good job.

I absolutely hate dentist, the thought of sitting in that chair and having someone poke,drill, pull, or any other thing makes my anxiety skyrocket. But I knew I had to bite the bullet and go in to have my teeth fixed and from the first time I walked in to the office downstairs and talked the staff I honestly felt so comfortable that I became friends with many of the staff and everyone took great care in making sure that my experience was as enjoyable as it could be as well as keep me informed on my progress. On a scale of 1-10 I give them all 11s.

First time at Dental office that doesn't smell like dentist (if you know what I mean). The ladies at the front desk were friendly, professional and committed to their job. Even though I was a little late for my appointment the service was fast. Dr. King was also professional and friendly. Casey was the best for me although everyone seems happy there. Casey was the first hygienist in my life that work w me without pain. Did a great job, fast, she encouraged me to advise if any pain or discomfort and since I never had it ...😊. She constantly inquire if I was OK. They also explained charges w details, etc. At the end they offer ice cream! No more torture for me ever. I finally found a great place. Don't miss out and try it.

So much for getting a cleaning, they numb my tooth and nearly extracted it for no reason. Good luck to anyone else.

Staff NOT accurate on pricing and communications. . I was given two different quotes and both could not explain which is right. . Would not respect my decision to find another dental. Kept calling and sending me mail.
