I have no problems with Providers or medical staff. We travel 2.5 hours for Dr. Coleman & Dr. Giblette they actually appear to love their job, plus great dental assistants. My problem of receptionist was quickly remedy by Coleman. They have steady hands and quick at procedures. Back patient rooms each contain movies for reducing anxiety. HSA & FSA can be utilized here for items not paid by insurance. We have 8 family members who return each year since they opened their doors.

Just called to make appointments for a family of 5. The person answering the phone was an automaton asking the same questions repeatedly and not listening to what I was saying "Hi this is Amy, I'd like to make new patient appointments" reply "Have you ever been seen at this office before? my response "We are new patients" she again says "Have you ever been seen her before?" She then continues with a rude attitude and asks for my children's social security numbers. I ask why and she says "in order to be seen at our office, we REQUIRE everyone's SSN and it's a written office policy. I then ask for a manager, of course I'm told she is "busy" I then ask to speak to the Dentist who is the owner and the manager places me on speaker phone. When I let her know that it's ILLEGAL to "require" a SSN unless you're a bank or the IRS she states "How can I send you to collections without your SSN". I ask, "You send 2 year olds to collections?" Then it's "We TRY to get everyone's SSN". If customer service is this BAD that they lie to new patients about their policies and are ignorant of the law and the office staff and management are this RUDE to new patients, and these are the people greeting them, I question the quality of dental work that this office has to offer. TERRIBLE!

I have a lot of dentist appointments among my six children. After having a horrific, threatening dental visit at our previous dentist, this place is a breath of fresh air! My daughter who was very frightened of dentists previously, joyfully skips into the dentist now. My six year old begs to go. Not only is the dental care excellent, it feels that the entire appointment is aimed at pleasing my family! Movies & ice cream are a regular occurrence! One of my children was in an accident and chipped her two front teeth badly, we were able to get them repaired the following morning! (& several times since-she's kind of rough on them) I've never been disappointed in the service here. I tell everyone I know to take their kids here. I highly recommend it to anyone & everyone!
