D.R.Y AF!!!!! I waited all day to eat to get Jamaican food because where I live there are not alot of tasty options. This was a HUGE mistake!!!!! I shoulda went across the St to Top Taste when she said she didn't have oxtails. And to make it worse, I bought a large. I coulda gave the extra 2 bucks to a homeless person. Friendly service they food is ULTRA dry, at least this jerk chicken is..... Big waste of $$$$. I don't even want it.
I bought a small jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The rice was mushy and jerk chicken wasn't cooked well. The cabbage was the only good part of the meal.
The staff is sweet and heartwarming. Unfortunately I got a stomach virus from their food. This restaurant either needs a revamp or a shut down. May God bless them in this season!
This place fell off big time. Bought a chicken dinners and it was ridiculous any Jamaican restaurant would sell that to customers. Fried chicken was dry burnt up and flavorless. In comparison to what use to be served a few years ago my platters was a joke. Please get back to the delicious food u once served.
Food was amazing! I ordered two platters with the oxtail, white rice and cabbage, along with curry chicken/goat, white rice and cabbage. I must say no complaints from me.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: No
Great food! Brown stew fish is on point! All the food is pretty good. I never disappointed anyone who I bought food for from here. Authentic food. Made with care and pride. Friendly staff. They have real Jamaican coconut water!
I had their stew chicken and it had a variety of notes. The rice and peas were seasoned but I could also taste the coconut milk. The cabbage wasn’t over cooked but not crunchy and I truly appreciated. I actually took two bites and passed out from the soul. After my 2 hour nap I ate the rest and was happy.
The best I'm Jamaican food I ever be tasted.
Food is definitely a miss!!! I've had Jamaican food from other spots that's much better. I definitely won't recommend and wouldn't be back.
Jerk chicken is real, not jerk paste and it is one of the best flavor wise. Rice and peas is ok and cabbage is pretty good.
