Absolutely GREAT customer service from their Gas Fireplace Service Technician. He put shoe protectors on before entering my home and spread a work blanket around the area of my fireplace to put his tool box and work tools on. He was friendly, professional and efficient during the service call. He explained the bill thoroughly so I understood all the charges. It very difficult to find these traits in today's work environment. Keep up the good work.

Had our HVAC system redone today. From the first time I contacted Sunfire, to Ben coming out for the estimate, the competitive, upfront pricing, and install, the entire experience has been top notch. Ben, Travis, and Joey were extremely efficient, professional, and down to earth. They even took time out of their work to make sure our dogs were comfortable with them being at our home. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

From start to finish Sunfire Energy Solutions has been amazing! We’ve never had a gas fireplace before, and it was the one big thing still missing in our “new to us” home. We worked with Justin to find the best gas fireplace for our home. He worked hard to help us stay within our budget, while delivering a high quality and gorgeous product. His team then worked with us to create a bump in for our new fireplace and handled installation in a timely and professional manner. Jerry’s eye for even the smallest detail and his desire to do a great job has left us with a new gas fireplace that is simply beautiful and a great addition to our home. These guys were awesome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! They can do it all and it was a pleasure working with them. Thanks Sunfire!

My son was having issues with his central air unit and wasn't getting satisfaction from company that he called to correct it. I called Sunfire Energy Solutions to see if they could do something to fix the unit for him. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so he had to purchase a new one. Customer service was excellent during this time, Justin Gulick called with options and prices and even went above and beyond to find a store that had a window air conditioner for his home, to keep it cool until the unit came in and could be installed. Great job and Thank You!!

Prices are very competitive. We search withing 60 mile radius. We had a difficult chimney to work on they came out until they found a way to make it work at the same price. The sales rep and installers are very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Sunfire. I'm really surprised by some of the ratings on this site. We think they are awesome.
