Sunglass Hut International

They don’t close at 7. I called at 4pm about exchanging a pair of sunglasses and they said I could come by anytime before 7pm. I get out of work at 6pm and made it to the mall at 6:15, the doors were locked and after trying to call 3 times, Marvin answered the phone and said that he couldn’t process my exchange because the registers were closed and couldn’t help anymore customers. If you close at 7, you take customers until 7. If you stop helping customers at 6pm, then you close at 6pm. When I was walking out of the mall, I passed by the store and tried getting his attention one last time, Marvin had the biggest smile on his face. When I spoke with him the phone, i explained to him my situation had a pair of sunglasses on hold and came to pick them up his response was “Welp, you’re gonna have to come tomorrow.” I also asked why the hours on the website showed 7pm if the store closed before then, his answer, “well, I don’t handle the hours online… google does.” Very sarcastic responses and was not helpful in any way. I am glad this is not the closest store to where I live because boy would I have a lot more to say.

Male worker was rude to us when we asked about the insurance on our glasses and insisting nothing could be done without the original receipt and box however the summerlin location gave us no trouble for those things didn’t even ask for them

Just left Sunglass Hut at the Meadows Mall. Erica, the salesperson, was awesome! Very welcoming, and knowledgeable. She truly understands what customer service should be.
