Staff is very helpful, was shorted change by the machine and was given an immediate response and my request was takin care of right away. He even fixed the machine cause it was not lighting up to reflect, no worry though as he was able to take care of everything. Also love the new washers! Doing laundry is not so traumatic when doing it here!

I put a $20 bill in the change machine and it only gave me $2.00 in quarters. I called the number on the wall, and a man immediately drove from Westerville to give me a refund. Not only did he give me $20 in quarters, he insisted that I keep the $2.00 the machine had given me. Very friendly guy. I also like the extended hours under this new management, and that more machines now let you pay with a card.

I am actually Linda Hurst. I’ve lived in Gahanna my whole life and am familiar with this laundromat. However, the new owners have transformed it into a beautiful, clean and easy place to do your laundry. The owner is a Bengals fan so that makes it even better! I’ll certainly be returning.

I’ve come to this laundromat for various reasons over the years. I’ve been there more often recently for regular use of doing all my laundry. The laundromat is very clean. The washers do a good job but I’ve been there twice in the last month and I’ve felt like I’ve had to spend more money then usual to dry my clothes. I was there yesterday. The dryers are 75 cents for 18 minutes however they do not dry well even on high. Usually 36 mins is enough but I’ve had to spend $2-3 for 54-72 minutes to get my clothes dry and some of them still weren’t dry. Some of the loads were small to medium sized loads. I may try somewhere else next time.

Really nice place. Washer decided to die on me and waiting on a delivery of a new model which is delayed. This place is in Gahanna so pretty close for me. I've driven by a few times and you can tell it's been there for years. The machines are easy to use and I really like options based on how much you have to wash and pay according to which machine you select. I personally used the triple load option as I had a bunch of stuff to wash. Machine worked well and had no issues. I used the huge dryer in the back which was $1.25 for the first 20 minutes and 100% worth it. The thing is enormous. Clothes came out dry and clothes feel clean. There is a change machine there that takes 1, 5, 10 and 20 bills which is good as long as you have cash which lucky for me I did as there is no ATM that I saw. I went during the day during the week so wasn't crowded at all.

I have gone here over 10 years now for several reasons. Priced has increased near $8 for the largest washer. For example; I always bring at least spend $9 to wash almost week worth stuff for 2 adults with light bedding each wash and sometimes I have to do that twice a week so $18 total weekly because I don't like the laundry to stack up because becomes heavier and harder on me to carry and do at the mat.Clean facility, disinfectant used regularly, alot of room and seating with mutiple was options and prices. You're able to wash heavier items such as comforters, winter coats & rugs with ease. Size and price varies on washers with $2.00 or $2.50 for a super small load up to $7.50 max I believe, holding up to 6/7 loads of laundry at once with way quicker wash time involved vs the small loads. For the 4 big, high efficiency dryers that sit in a square on back wall, it's $1.25 for 18 mins this drys very large loads with items said above very well and $0.25 for an additional 6 mins I believe & then $0.75 to start any of the remaining medium size dryers for 18 mins and take $0.25 for 6 mins added as needed. I don't recommend drying anything on "hot" temp mode in reg dryers bc can leaves clothes with burnt smell. Only negatives are: People with multiple loads of laundry will take up multiple washer/dryers at a time, dodging laundry carts that are left all over the place instead of returning by entrance when you leave making it harder for others to get around and through, some don't pay attention to when timer goes off let laundry sit then others can't access and lastly people leaving there dryer sheets ALL over the floor constantly.

I like the laundromat! but I’m still waiting on my $2.50 refund from the white Washing machines it’s been quite some time now!?!
