Sunshine Floors

My experience was awful. They had people who barely spoke any English putting down hardwood floor while making a complete mess. Left a spill in the garage. Didn’t have all the materials to finish the job and we had to contact them several times to finish the job. I guess you stop caring when you’re a recipient of several PPP Loans. I do not recommend their services.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity to work with them because they do not do what they say the will. I went in to browse and found a tile I really loved. I asked what the price per sqft. Would be and was told that he did not know because it was a new tile to the store. No offer to look it up so I left. I decided to give them another chance so I called to inquire about pricing on that particular tile and another I had found and was told that the gentleman who handled that was at lunch but would call me back that afternoon and I never received at call. After consulting with another local retailer who was very responsive in regards to giving me very detailed pricing, I discovered that one of the tiles I chose was not available. I went back into sonshine flooring to see if maybe they had some options for another tile that would work in place of the back ordered tile. I was told that one of the women who worked there would be best to help me out with finding a matching tile and he would have her call me when she got back from lunch. You guessed it! I never received a call back. That was 3 strikes for Sunshine. We have several projects we are planning for our home and I will be going somewhere else local for these. Other local places seem much more willing to be helpful and make a sale.
