DO NOT USE! Incorrect charges over $3,500, rude customer service, and completely unorganized. My company used Sunstate Equipment for an overnight rental. I then called to add an additional day. With an automatic pickup scheduled. They never picked the unit up. Never called me to inform the unit was not picked up, and are incorrectly charging $3,500. Almost a year later this will be dealt with in court. DO NOT USE.
Very friendly staff and a great place to rent equipment for your construction business needs.
These guys are the best! I had to order equipment I was not familiar with and they helped me with questions I didn't even know I had to ask. From placing the order to arranging pickup when the job was done, they were there to help the entire way. They made it effortless for me and a seamless experience from one rep to the next when I had to increase the scope of the job. Great work, guys!
These guys are always on point everyone in that office is so helpful and as soon as you come in they're willing and waiting for you to get you in and out and the guys in the back that are loading you are very knowledgeable and so helpful as well these guys are rock stars this is the only place I do all my rentals and thank you for keeping us safe social distant hand sanitizer and everyone is wearing there mask
They got pretty much anything you need to rent down there but the service is a little short
Sunstate Equipment is by far the best construction equipment rental place "ever" I've never had a problem with anything ever breaking down. Always on time. Always polite.
Friendly staff and fast service. Good equipment and if something does go wrong they are quick to swap it out with something different if need be. No compliants and will take continue to use their services.
Awesome employees ready to help and all the equipment you need!
Dishonest company will use your credit rating to extort money from you. As any SunState customer for any length of time knows, their branch employees regularly agree to pro-rate rent rent when going a few days over the monthly rental agreement. Example: $3,000/mo rate on a forklift, due to rain local branch employee agreed to charge addition 3 days at $94 ea, the monthly pro-rated rate. They have done this frequently for our company and are now trying to extort the full $3,000 from our company. If they have pro-rated rent for you, please send me a PM.
Berry is the best, super nice to talk to and worked with us on everything amazing company!
