I have been very disappointed with the service of this company. We have had an unresolved issue for months and our sales person Morgan Aggers has continuously said he would get a resolution and get back with me by a certain date and it has never happened. I understand that in business there will be issues that arise but Morgan has turned this issue into a very bad experience on my part. I don't know if it is a company wide customer service problem or if the problem lies with our sales person but I would look elsewhere for your equipment needs.
Well located just off of I-10 and 17. Great service! Parts had my bucket waiting for me and got me the pins and clamps that I needed. Took good care of me! I'm sure I will be back frequently as I need things for my Case 580sn!
I have purchased a lot of parts from Titan Machinery and have always been treated good. But when I try to deal with the service department I’m treated with arrogance and disrespect. What a shame I guess I’ll start doing business out of town. Parts department 5 stars. Service no stars
Awesome place for Case equipment and quality CORRECT parts. You get what you pay for here.
Our only Case dealer has gone completely down hill since Titan has taken over Falcon Power. Service is terrible, no one calls you back. Also, the Case tractor line is totally unreliable now. I own 5 Case backhoes, the electronics and emissions systems are constantly setting codes and malfunctioning. The new hydraulic hose setupsteel tube section fused to a rubber hose section was a bad idea, constantly replacing those, can't have them made anymore, they proprietary Case part.
I came to Arizona to visit some family and really wanted to see the desert. What better way than on an off-road excursion? After looking around at a few places I chose Titan Power Rentals because they don’t waste your time! I showed up around 8:45 in the morning, was riding by 9:00 am. They even had an ice chest full of water for me! I spent all day cruising around seeing some great country. Had lunch on top of a hill with a fantastic view. Great trails, great equipment brand new Polaris 1000 RZR, and very friendly staff. Thank you Titan Power Rentals...we will be back!
The front counter guys ; Mr Luna, Mr Shoppe, and Ray are always quick to offer help, a handshake, and a smile! I have never experienced better customer service anywhere and believe me, I travel a lot!
Great service, good quality parts you need to get the job done.
Staff at counter have gone out of there way to be helpful. Shop has been helpful .
Poor customer service skills. They need to think about the customer more in the decision making.
