Super Greek

Service is terrible. I made an order for a Cheese Burger and a Shrimp Basket at 3:26pm. It was due to arrive at 4:25~4:35pm. The food finally arrived at 5:07pm. I made three calls to the restaurant and none of them were answered. When the food arrived, the delivery man did not provide any form of apology or explanation. He simply handed over the food and walked away. Using google maps, the distance from Super Greek to my house driving is 4 minutes and 35 minutes on foot. The food quality mediocre, fries were soggy and the shrimp breading was chewy. Overall a poor experience and disappointing.

Absolutely love this place. It's a bit slow business but I've only seen 2 guys there so it's really small not a big deal to me. Variety of food: pizza, gyros, Stromboli, etc. It tastes like its all made in house! Sure it's $20 for two people but not much different than alot of places but not bad for the handmade aspect. We are making it through the whole menu! Recommend to everyone, packed with flavor!

Charged me 24 dollars for 2 meals and a chocolate cake. Me and my boyfriend waited 2 hours for our food when we only live a few minutes away. We called a total of 7 times. 5 in which there was no answer. The first time we called we asked if our order has left yet after a hour of waiting they said it left 10 minutes ago. Okay great. We wait another 30 minutes and and called again they said the driver came back to the store because he's taking a freaking break. We wait for another 30 minutes and my boyfriend decides to go up there. Right when we was leaving out the door the delivery driver pulls up with a dopey expression on his face and says sorry they just made the food. So whoever we spoke to up there lied to us...okay. So my boyfriend comes in the house and we look over the food. By bacon burger had no bacon on it and a small half dollar sized tomato on this big piece of meat. I did not get my fries since I ordered a meal. And they gave us this small can of coke to apologize for the inconvenience I guess. We are going up to the place now to discuss our unsatisfactory experience. Never ordering again.

Food was okay. I ordered a small greek Stromboli and even though I ordered a small, the portion I got was giant! good for leftover lunch the next day. Not sure how authentically Greek this place is though. Also the food took forever to come out. I ordered a coke with my food to go and they forgot to give it to me, I didn't realize it until I was driving away that I didn't have a drink, but partially my fault for not double checking before I left that I had everything. Overall a good experience. Was not dazzled, but I wasn't expecting to be anyways. I would say try it once and if you like it great if not just don't go back. I likely wont be going back. 3 stars.

For office lunch today we ordered 3 gyros. Regular gyro- no tomato, extra onion, add feta extra 50 cents. Falafel pita- as is Falafel pita- no feta. We received- Regular gyro Regular gyro Regular gyro Vegetarians/vegans do not eat regular gyros, so this was a problem. The owner does not speak or seem to understand English well, which is problematic when trying to discuss the issue. When we contacted the restaurant the owner said the driver would be back out in 5 minutes with the replacement food. An hour later another phone call was made and the owner said the driver would be out with a refund. An hour later that still hadn't happened. Another call was placed and another person answered and said a refund would not be issued- no explanation. How a restaurant could give you the complete wrong food and then not replace or refund it is beyond me. Now my coworker has to go through her credit card company to dispute it. Read the other bad reviews and you will see a pattern here. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order through grubhub and EVERY item was wrong. We ordered 3 gyros - one traditional with feta and no tomatoes, and 2 falafal pitas. What arrived was 3 traditional gyros none with feta and all with tomatoes. My friend is vegan so she was very disappointed that she now did not have any lunch. I tried to contact the restaurant multiple times and they told me the driver would be back never showed so then I just wanted a refund because we were over 2 hours into this whole disaster. At this point I went to grub hub and they contacted the restaurant and they told them that they couldn't refund it because I refused to let them correct it WHICH IS A LIE. The owner is extremely foreign and difficult to communicate with. I will be disputing the charge. I've called multiple times and every time they tell me no refund and just hang up on me.

Prices are reasonable enough. They didn't do much to change out from the pizza joint. Did build a new counter. Still pizza boxes pre-folded sitting there. Some of the food is pretty good. Owner might want to invest in a fryer filter and use it every 1-2 days. And change out that oil after a week to 2. Sometimes they're just "closed" when they should be open. It's close so yes I'll be back.

OK- First this restaurant was called Mazapans or something similar-then it switched to Super Greek, food/menu was basically the same, have no idea why it changed. Anyways, I like the food, it is good. BUT, the owners are rude and have no buisiness sense. They always seem stressed out and unfriendly when I go get my order. Do not EVER get delivery, it took them 1.5 hours to deliver .5 miles away. When I went to pick my food up, the woman that worked there got very snippy with me and never apologized when I had to wait 10 extra minutes for my food-no "have a good night"..nothing. It is sad that people who run a neighborhood business cannot be kind. Oh and check your order-they always either forget something or get your order incorrect. Hope things change or the business may not last.

Ordered from SuperGreek last night. Biggest mistake of my life. When i first called and placed my order, i was duly informed that the pizza will arrive in 40 mins. Followed up with another phone call after one hour, and the person at the end told me that the food will be delivered in 10 -15 mins. Food arrived after 1.5 hours. The delivery person sheepishly informed me that they were swamped with orders. Pizza slices were glued to the box. Could not lift it to eat it. As such, i want to give this place 0 stars but not allowed to do so by the webmaster...Never again, despite the glowing recommendations that i had received

Food is mediocre at best and wayyyy overpriced. Be aware of what they are charging as well; my last experience with them I had ordered carry out and the total given to me over the phone was a lot more than on the menu, and even MORE when I picked up my food. I won't be going back.
