Super Shoes

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into this location and bought a pair of shoes in size 7. I noticed after buying them that one shoe was extremely tight but thought maybe if I wore them a bit it would stretch out. This was not the case. It cause my foot to go numb after wearing them for a bit. So I tried to exchange them for a different size and was treated like a criminal. The supervisor working was extremely miserable and rude and would not allow me an exchange even after making me go into their public bathroom and clean the DUST off the bottom of the shoes. I have never been treated so poorly nor have I ever shopped at a shoe store that will not offer refunds or exchanges if you have even put the shoe on your foot. I was not aware of this absurd policy and if I had known I would never have shopped at this store. This is something that needs to be stated before a customer purchases something. If customers knew that they would spend hundreds at your and no be able to get a refund of exchange your store would no longer be standing.

A nice selection and the people here were great with helping my family get what we wanted. Very happy with our purchase quality and price and not pushy at all just very helpful in getting our needs met.

I used to enjoy coming to supersjoes but the employees seem unhappy, don’t greet customers and today I found a pair of shoes I wanted, they were the only ones left in my size, they looked worn and the sole had slid marks, I asked if they could be discounted and was told no, the wear is from the rugs and people walking inside, they looked like someone may have brought them back to the store. I said ok, could you order me a new pair and I will pick them up at the store... lady told me that I would have to pay an additional 5.99 for shipping! What...really? Yes, they only ship to your home now and not to the store! Bad customer svc! I will order mine online! Very disappointed! Not helpful! Just ordered same pair on Amazon free shipping!

I was asked by my doctor to get certain inserts at this store. I went in on Wed. , Nov. 8 and the young girl that helped me was GREAT. When I got home I couldn't get them in so I went back the next day. A young man was there waiting on a customer and a lady came across the store, talking on her cell, and asked rudely if she could help me. I explained, she checked it out and said I needed the smaller size. The guy out them and tried them and said they were too small. We talked about cutting them down. I was concerned that if I did it wrong it would change things. The lady said, very rudely, "What do you want me to do about it?" I wanted to say "Before or after an attitude adjustment?" but I didn't say anything. The guy then explained to me how and where to cut them.
