It takes too long to get a hair cut here. 1 hour and 30 mins....They need more staff on Sundays.
My first 1 STAR REVIEW. I've had great experiences at Supercuts by USC campus I'm originally from LA Should have taken Brooke Poulsen's review a bit more serious.Read all reviews Customer service is bad, Maria did not smile, only asked if I had called in. Susan then asked if I'd want a shampoo along with my haircut, I said NO THANK YOU Should have said yes because she rushed straight through chopping off my hair instead of taking her time. Only reason why I write this review is because I aslo witnessed another get a terrible haircut by Maria who checked me. Felt bad for the other guy, all I can do now is warn others here to beware. DON'T GET WHY THEY HAVE 4.2 RATING. My hair looks worst in real life than in the pics I posted.
This place used to be great. I've taken my kids there for 10 years. Now it's terrible. I just tried to get a haircut and waited 45 minutes with two people in front of me and two employees ostensibly working. Neither was cutting hair. After 10 minutes, one took a customer while the other walked around, moving stuff from here to there. After another 10 minutes, she finally took the other customer ahead of me. When the first haircut was finally done, the employee apparently went on break--only 1 hour after the place had opened. I will never use this place again.
I went to this location to get a new haircut; what a received was less than satisfactory. The stylist that cut my hair, cut it too short and noticeably uneven. The work was overly priced for the actual quality of it. I wanted was a straight trim. I wouldn't recommend this place if your looking to get a decent haircut.Service: Haircut
Once getting a haircut everything was great. But trying to nail down a time when I can go in was tough. They don't commit to tell you what time to go in. I wasn't expecting to go in and get service as soon as I got there. Buy at least a ball park time so I would at least not have to wait as long as a walk in person.
The young lady that cut my kids hair was less than happy about having to cut their hair, that much was pretty evident as soon as we walked in. My son would flinch when she'd try to trim around his ears and instead of having a little patience or asking me to help hold his head, she'd get frustrated and try to force his head where she wanted. At one point I got up and walked over to hold his head and help out. She got very quiet after that. Don't think we'll be going back, I'll spend a few bucks more and go to a kids place.
I visited the Supercuts Academy where students practice haircut techniques. It is behind the main salon. Haircuts are free but tips are welcome. The instructor is a 36-year expert who knows her craft. She supervises all the time then finishes any missed details. I will return.
Love my hair! Shanice was my stylist and she was amazing and very helpful helping me decide on exactly what I wanted. Definitely my new place to get my hair done.Services: Hair highlighting
Shanice provided exceptional service and a beautiful haircut! This was the first time I ever cut my hair and I was so nervous I’m African American and I’ve never been to Supercuts so I just was uncertain about the whole situation but Shanice was very welcoming. She checked in on my comfort and that meant a lot! On top of that the haircut turned out gorgeous! I’m so happy Shanice provided my first of many haircuts!
Worst place to ever cut your hair. They burned my hair and they cut it way to short, when I did not want that.
