Supercuts

I've come here twice earlier and needed another haircut so decided to return. All went well with the haircut, the guy was pretty good. Upon checkout however he asked if I am paying the tip by card or cash... wow, pretty forward. I said card - he requests if I can just give it in cash, I said okay. I take out $3 to tip him, and his response is "Most people tip $5". Wow I was blown away by the entitlement...dude, the tip is DISCRETIONARY. Instead of being grateful he chose to demand more. I smiled and said that I need small change, so $3 is all I'm giving. Needless to say I won't be back

I had a good experience until I went to pay and she charged me $65.. I thought this was supposed to be cheap? I was charged $25 for the cut plus $40 to dry it!! She had asked me after the cut if I wanted it dried, I said yes. She said it would be $40, which when the cut is $25 I presumed meant $40 total. The price list stated “add a blowdry to any cut for $15”. Which I pointed out to her but she claimed she gave me a blow out, which is a joke. My hair is straight shoulder length, she dried it with a round brush max ten mins, nothing spesh. $40 to dry on a $25 cut…come on. Too bad, I was quite happy up until that moment, and still tipped well based on that which I regret, but will never go backServices: Blowdry

Checked in on-line in the morning, showed up at the time assigned waiting 35 minutes to have Uyen inform me she would not do my haircut. But every man who walked in before and after me was taken care of before she said a word to me. SO maybe they should make it for Men only. They have those in downtown and if there is only 1 stylist schedule, they should not allow check in's online. I still need a haircut and I lost my time for lunch. If Uyen would have told me when I arrived that she could not service my appointment I would have been fine.Service: Long haircut

Livia is fantastic! She cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. After years of bad haircuts, it is such a relief to have such a well-trained stylist who truly knows what she is talking about and is honest about what needs to be done to your hair to get the best results. She cuts hair with precision and the attitude that everyone who leaves her chair with symbolizes their identity and Livia’s artistry. I admire how she cares so much about her clients and puts customer service to the forefront of her business. When it comes to haircutting and styling she is the ultimate example of excellence. High end styling and experience at a fraction of the cost. I’ve since moved out of the city but still make the trip in to get my hair cut by Livia since nobody else can cut it like her. I always go to Supercuts but this time I tried this place and I regret it. The haircut was pretty bad, I asked her to fix it from the side and she insisted that it’s fine and there is nothing wrong with it. She spent all the time complaining how dry my hair is, and that I will get bald if I don’t buy some of the hair conditioners and the shampoos they sell. I would’ve put a 2-star review if they were nicer, but they were too mean.

Zalika is the best! If you want a bob cut, long or short, she’s the right one to go to. I’ve been getting my haircut from her for years and she always gives the perfect one. She takes effort to work on the layers so it came out natural and flowing. Couldn’t ask for a better stylist!

Most horrible cut I had, didn’t even wait for my answer and already started on cutting… the man is very hasty and rushed my haircut, said he’s going to “blend my hair” but it’s not even blended in the slightest. No words can describe how bad my haircut is, I use to go to Supercuts a lot but this time the new barber SUCKED

I just been there. The whole place is just a scam. Thinking I’m a tourist they were too rude and conceited. They charged me like for the whole haircut just for cutting some hair in front. Also, the lady who gave me my <haircut> started bargain with me over the tips.That’s ridiculous! I with never get back.

The Hairdresser who cut my hair today was fantastic! She always listens to me and asks if I like what she is doing in styling my hair.

Gina was excellent. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle desired and mentioned how many inches I wanted cut. She delivered.
