SuperDogs DayCare

My Boston terrier couldn’t be friendlier and a kinder dog. Yes, he’s high energy, but that’s why I send him to daycare. To socialize and play with other dogs. My boy went to another daycare and never once had a complaint. I thought I would try this daycare because it’s literally 2 minutes by car and a 6 minute walk. Twice they complained he was put in a time out for being to energetic and bothering dogs that are relaxing? Yesterday took the cake, the girl at the desk said my dog was nipping at other dogs and put in time out. I stated he’s never nipped at another dog or human, his vet would vouch for this and his previous daycare. She than said, oh he was not biting or nipping, he tagged other dogs that were relaxing. I told her choose her words wisely. I then called his previous daycare and asked if my dog ever displayed rough play or aggressive behavior towards another dog. They were shocked I would ask that question regarding my dog. Apparently, these people can’t handle playful high energy dogs. Not the place for my dog. He’s going back to his previous daycare where he is loved.

I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service at this place, and have heard negative things from almost everyone I have ever spoken to that has brought their dog here for daycare and/or boarding. My dog was essentially kicked out of daycare because she was jumping over the room dividers--which I a) cannot control because I am not there, and b) the owners were completely unwilling to work with me on. My dog is high energy, curious, but above all, very sweet and friendly and caused absolutely no harm. When I went in to discuss this issue with the owner, he would not even look away from his computer to have a conversation with me, and instead tried to blame the situation on my dog for being a rescue dog, as if there was something wrong with her. How incredibly rude can you get?! I have various coworkers and family members who have also been treated unprofessionally by the owners. Other reviews on here mention dogs being scared to go through the door. There are other places nearby, much more professional, that truly care about you and your dog. I have found another place and my dog has never been happier.

Since I switched Alfie's daycare to SuperDogs, both Alfie and I have been super happy! The staff are friendly and professional. They take good care of Alfie and when she comes home she is so tired that doesn't leave her bed!! They do a temperament testing in the beginning which is great. I have not used their boarding or grooming services though.

Honestly the nicest people you'll meet. I ended up going here to get Stella's nails clipped. I originally took her to Pet's Choice in Merrimack. They lack keeping things on file there. So instead of repeating everything all over again for my 3rd visit. I told them I'm just going to super dogs. Unbelievable friendly employees, they have just earned a new customer. Thank you for an amazing service.

My Brewster loves to go to SuperDogs! He goes for 1/2 days & "drop & shops". When I pick him up, he is so excited & "talks" all the way home. He is so tired from playing that it is nap time as soon as we do get home. SuperDogs also does his grooming. He's pretty easy, a short hair Dachshund. Always clean & smelling good. The girls there are WONDERFUL! They all are so happy to see him & just give the love! I'm thankful I have such a caring place to care for my baby!
