Supreme Marine

I have very mixed feelings about Supreme Marine. I first called them over a month ago to repair our boat motor, and was greeted with "What do you want?" I did a quick double-take and figured maybe it was a bad/busy day, then proceeded to explain what I needed. The person on the other end of the line was very short with me and seemed annoyed with every response. When they were done, the promptly hung up without any goodbye or signoff. I have since come to find that this is what should be expected in any interaction with the staff. I have never felt like I was more of a bother/annoyance as a customer than at Supreme Marine. Interactions have been consistently abrasive. In the final call from Supreme Marine, I received a voicemail asking me "What I wanted to do with my boat, since it had been done for almost a month and was taking up space", which I found a bit surprising given that I had NOT been informed previously that my boat was finished and had been waiting for a call. That said, they seem to have done a good job repairing our motor, and the price was relatively reasonable. Picking up my boat went quickly and was handled efficiently - the boat was ready to hitch minutes after paying. To summarize, if you are willing to deal with terrible customer service and just want to get your boat fixed for an okay price, Supreme should do the trick. If you have other options though, I might recommend you stick with those.

Great place in the city to bring your boat. Everything about my experience with Supreme Marine was exactly that, supreme. I would take my boat there again.

Great first visit! Had heard of this place several times when calling around for old Merc inline parts and finally decided to make the drive when I needed a fuel pump diaphragm in a hurry. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful right away and even offered up knowledge and troubleshooting advice after finding my part! Pointed me in the right direction and saved me probably several hundred bucks, plus hands down the best service I've ever received from a marine parts shop. Know what you're looking for and these guys will go the extra mile.. A+ guys, keep it up!
