Sure Clean

Sure Clean has been one of the worst companies to come into my nana’s house. They have left a hole in our ceiling since May, so 7 months. Instead of telling us they had a heavy workload, they have left us hanging. My mother has spoken to Scott, and he has not been of any help at all. It’s cold in our living room due to the hole, our walls are starting to budge in since the water is still leaking in. My mother’s room is still a mess, they ripped carpet up, and we were told they would spray raid, they did not. Our ceiling has more cracks, and more water spots coming up in both my mother’s room, and the living room. At this point we will most likely have to replace the whole wall in the living room. I would not recommend Sure Clean to my worst enemy. Nobody has done anything to help us, and it is constantly running in circles with them. It is absolutely ridiculous. They lied and told us they would come back in 3 weeks, that was about July, and of course they haven’t. Would love to switch businesses, but unfortunately our insurance company Nationwide hasn’t been much help either. My mother is highly allergic to mold, and her face has been swollen, and she has been incredibly ill most days now, sleeping constantly. We have a storage room that we spent all day cleaning out, busted out butts trying to get everything done before they came back the next day. They didn’t come back.This has been an atrocious experience, and my poor grandmother has been left with a cold living room and kitchen when she already has issues with circulation that cause her to be cold. I cannot tell you all how much I loath this company.
