Sushi Hai

We had a great experience eating sushi for dinner. I had the poke tuna app, several rolls. The staff was great and friendly, one item came with tuna instead of salmon, but not that big of a deal. The only reason I did not do 5 stars was some freshness concerns. The avocados were 1/3 brown, and some items just weren’t as fresh as you want. Maybe it was just the day and time we came in.

If you are looking to host a special dinner or event, look no further than Sushi Hai! My brother and I threw his wife a 40th Birthday dinner at Sushi Hai last weekend and the team went above and beyond in over-delivering on any and all expectations! The co-owner, Tien, was incredible to work with! She made everything so easy for us and went overboard in terms of communication and accommodating any of our unique needs! She even took time out of her own day several times to show me the two amazing spaces/possibilities to host our dinner party in addition to suggesting ideas and ways to make my sister-in-law’s birthday the best it could be. The ambiance was also perfect for holding our dinner - the perfect amount of light, decor, etc. The team at Sushi Hai was so attentive and even provided stands to help with decorations and more candles/lighting based on the décor that we brought to create the perfect ambience. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience and how helpful and accommodating everyone was. The spaces downstairs are so perfect for big groups too as there is ample room to get up and walk around as pictured here. They even have a private bar downstairs if you have a bigger group/party. We had reached out to a couple of restaurants in Denver and after meeting Tien and her team, and seeing the space/ambience, options, flexibility and especially how friendly and willing the team was to work with us, it was an absolute no brainer! Tien even let me come to the restaurant to set-up hours before our dinner started and was always very quick to answer any questions via email, etc. I could tell that she was absolutely invested in making this event the best it could be and making sure that the birthday girl had a great time. Everyone at the dinner had such a blast! Tien even came out to greet all of our guests at the beginning of the dinner and showed the table how to do Sake bombs to ensure everyone was in sync. : It was so much fun and they made it such a special night! All our guests were also incredibly happy with the food and found everything delicious! I am a former New Yorker and have been to plenty of dinners, parties, and spaces in my day and this by far was the best I’ve been to! What is even more amazing is that you have several options depending on your group size from the exclusive/unique cool “Tommy Room” I’ve included a picture here, to the long table, space that we ended up booking which had ample areas to decorate and make the dinner as unique and exclusive as possible. Our waiter, Toshi, was also so attentive and really made us feel special. Everyone was so impressed with the whole experience. I absolutely recommend Sushi Hai for any events, holiday, dinners, parties – I promise you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you so much to Tien and her incredible team! We will definitely be back!

Super yummy! Hot tea, miso, hot house sake & chicken terriaki bowl for lunch. Beautiful sushi bar clean, friendly staff and delicious food. Thank you very much. Will be back for some sushi and will tell all my friends and family to visit.

Delightful sushi and great ambience! Service was prompt, sushi was fresh, and interior was clean and welcoming. We got the surf and turf roll, the spider roll and the Las Vegas roll. Extensive sushi roll menu with great options for both fans of cooked and uncooked sushi. Prices are decent, on the higher end but worthwhile for the quality. Looking forward to going back soon!

I've always loved the food here. The hostess was rude and not accommodating. After we ordered they missed one of our sushi rolls. They Didn't have Pepsi, we ordered our steak at 6:45, it came out at 8:15 after asking twice for it. When it came out it was raw. Only the surface was a little brown. The sushi was really good though. I loved this place,I haven't came for over year. So I hope this isn't how it is every day.

Third order from here. Sushi is fine but not noteworthy. The ramen is inedible. The broth is nothing but vegetable stock with the wrong parts of onions and other roots thrown in. Heavy mushroom presence with visible cooking or flavoring. Definitely not a pork broth or bone broth. Smells like wet snow peas, tastes like nothing good. We'll not be ordering from them again.

Pretty amazing restaurant! Great sushi selection and tasty beverages. We came here as a group and got by the large boat of sushi.

Brought my girlfriend for dinner before a night out at the theater, luckily we beat the dinner rush. The staff was attentive and very friendly, the food was brought to us quickly and was very delicious. It was such a great experience that we want to dine there in the very near future.

We celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday party and couldn’t have been more pleased. The owner is great at what she does, the staff was amazing. The surf and turf sushi is amazing and the udon they served was delicious. I would highly recommend having your birthday there.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We sat at the sushi Bar. we Loved each roll and thw presentation was So Fancy. WE ENJOYED THE hot sake. And the staff was so friendly. The chef's were awesome!
