Been coming here for years. Love the customer service, love the products. Huge variety of organic produce as well as plant based alternatives for vegans. 😊 I come for the great advice and deep amount of knowledge the employees provide here. It's the kind of store you come to where you can easily tell they're truly looking out for you.

Went into this store looking for a sleep aid. The young salesman recommended a particular supplement which I purchased. That night I tried the supplement and it had the opposite affect. I was up all night. I tried it again the next night with the same results. No problem I will return within 30 days and get a refund. I found out the hard way that Sustain does not do refunds on sports supplements. I asked how was I to know this and the manager "very matter-of-factly" pointed out the small sign on the counter and  mentioned it was on the receipt. On the receipt? Well you only get a receipt after the purchase so that's pretty useless. I did not go into the store looking for a sports supplement I wanted a sleep aid. You know I try my best to support local businesses but I can get the identical supplement on Amazon prime for less and it comes with no hassle postage paid return. Sustain you have lost me as a customer and will not recommend you to anyone.

The Sustain Natural Market is always clean, offers a wide variety of products, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly! I was appointed to find out they got rid of the bulk grains. Yesterday I was stopped in and purchased a freshly prepared organic beet juice; served in a reusable Mason jar, and it was delicious! Fortunately for me, The Sustain Natural Market is within walking distance from my home!Please support your local small businesses!

You can't ask for more in a health food store. .  The staff all knows what they are talking about,.  Paul, the owner has been in the health business for at least 20 years.  I first met him when he was a young trainer.  Now he has a shop full of people that want to help you.  Stop in, you will be glad you did.
