Vitalize Natural Market and Juice Bar

I love Vitalize. They have the best juices in town and the bowls are amazing. I've NEVER had an issue with any of my smoothies, bowls or juices being made incorrectly. The staff is friendly and know their products very well. They have a lot of young high school girls who work on a rotating shift and they all do an incredible job. My favorite smoothies are Tropical Green and The Boss. I have had the acai bowls which are very filling and healthy. I've even had a bowl for lunch or dinner and that was all I needed.

Their juices are comparable to juices from other juice bars but it seems like they put far less greens in them. Their bowls are fairly good too but you have to remind the staff that is working to put all the correct ingredients in the bowls and in the juices. They seem to have a high turnover rate with the employees since there is usually always a different young person working there. You can tell the girls that are there don't want to be there and really don't care if they prepare your food and drinks properly. After six visits to the juice bar in the past eight days with poor service and rude staff I will just be passing on coming back to this place. Unfortunately you do have a little bit of a drive to other juice bars but there are 5 goods ones in Gainesville and 3 in the villages. It's definitely worth an extra 25 minute drive to get great service and a good juice. I will be buying six at a time from the other location so that I can have two a day for three days and that way I only have to make the trip once every three to four days. I hope this info helps and I'm sure there are others with very similar experiences like the ones that my coworkers and I have experienced

This is my, and all 6 of my kids, favorite place to go, especially after a workout. Their juices and smoothies have no competition,they are the best! Plus the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are the best in Ocala hands down!

Love the Juices there and the staff is wonderful! Lots of new faces but they are all very kind and helpful. I can’t wait to go back to try the new Açaí Bowls. The store is clean and they have a great variety of different things.

I wanted to give a four but after going there recently they lack inconsistency. They seem to have a high turn over rate, every time I go there, there’s a new girl. Usually I go there to get smoothies and a acaci bowl... well I stopped getting smoothies because not only the price is high but the people don’t blend them correctly I get would chunks of green spinach in my drink VS Panera(which is next door) & is cheaper they make the same green smoothie and it’s natural, and I’ve never had a problem with them. I like there acaci bowls, but when they make them sometimes I have to tell them to fill it to the top cause some don’t they only fill it half way! Your paying $10 for a bowl which a lot for a bowl and some of them don’t know how to make it correctly. Great example: I was just there last week, and a girl was busy making an item, instead of greeting me she didn’t even acknowledge my presence until she was done I stood there for 5 min without a word out of her mouth. Right then and there I wanted to leave but I stayed cause I didn’t want to waist time. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.
