Diane's Natural Market

Beautiful store and helpful staff! I was traveling through and needed some items. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a cafe and the food was very good also. Prices were reasonable and not as high as other chain natural/vitamin stores. I would recommend it to anyone in the area or passing through.

Employees were very helpful in assisting me with finding what I needed. In fact, they walked up to me to ask. The store and the bathrooms are very clean. They have a decent stock of most items you find in health food stores.

People giving Diane’s low ratings and beating them up for their prices have probably never operated a local business before. To criticize Diane's for high prices when they charge suggested retail price or less for the products they sell (which they are happy to tell you, if you simply ask) and comparing their prices to national chains is unfair. The commitment Diane's has shown our community by building this great new store and continuing their support of our local schools and charities should be appreciated and supported in return. I'm glad to have a local health food store here in town and not have to drive to Jacksonville. Their friendly staff, good service and brand new store make for an enjoyable shopping experience.

After 4 years I have finally made time to write a review. Nothing has changed with the quality of the customer service. Two stars for having things hard to find in this town but lack of three stars due to customer service. Any questions you may have about products in stock by calling in is a waist of time. They tell you they can't leave the register and no one can go check for you. This has happened four times. So much for saving a 20 min drive to find out the hard way. When I do go into the store and ask questions about herbs and vitamins you are lucky if anyone can even help point you in the right direction let alone tell you about the products. At this point I put up with going there because it's the only option for same day items. Otherwise it's over priced and worth the trip to other natural food stores jacksonville.

Excellent bulk foods section, great selection of a huge variety of foods. They're always bringing in new products too. The manager & employees are very helpful and the new store looks wonderful. And the smoothies & sandwiches in the café are divine. Great for a quick lunch.
