Carrefour at Kirby is still thriving despite the economy and Swanky's taco shop is still some of the best authentic Taco restaurants in Memphis. I came in today and got the egg rolls for a change. They tortillas are always fried lightly and so crispy, you can count on the ingredients being fresh. The salsa and spicy ranch are so good you can dip anything in them but go perfect with the egg rolls. They might be an appetizer but it's plenty to fill you up.
We love Swanky's for any meal, and the Taco bar catering did not disappoint. The order was correct and included all the things we needed. The food was fresh, and the setup made it easy for everyone to serve themselves. The delivery was on time, and the driver was very friendly. He made sure everything was set up and ready to go. It was great!
Burrito was enormous. It was similar to Moe's but I prefer the taste of Moe's, plus they give you chips and a salsa bar! Service was very fast as no one else was in line. Good for a quick bite...Food: 3/5
Food and service was so awesome. Found them while doing other business and brought my family. Portions are crazy big and really tasty.
The shrimp tacos were delicious! I believe her name was Key Key. & she did a WONDERFUL job helping us. Definitely will have to return.

Food was dry crazy bad customer service toward black people actually give off that WHY ARE YOU HERE VIBES first and last time coming here I don't even do reviews makes you feel so uncomfortable while you are in the establishment.. costumer service is 2/10 food is 1/10
I was a little skeptical of coming here because it looked so dead, but after tasting the food I can see why there was only one other family there. The food here was horrible. I got the chicken quesadilla thinking it would be good since it was something simple, but the chicken was not tasty at all and I didn’t like the cheese that was used. The barbecue on the nachos were cold and the overall experience was not a good one being that I was a first time customer. I will not be returning!
Uncooked Frozen corn and dry tacos. Highly not recommended. Go to torcy instead.
Had 3 crispy taco, make it simple with spicy sauce. Portion was small for 12 bucks though
