I wanted to buy a wedding present but when i go in store to see exactly what i buy , they showing me this little “keychain” Online it says inches so i think 11 inches is not the size of a keychain . I give 1 star to the company , not the store
One of the salesladies, “didn’t see me,” and the store is not that big. However the second saleslady came out of the back and was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped me find the perfect figurines for gifts and some were even 50% off because they were retired pieces! Great save! Recipients were happy.
I would give this store negative stars if I could. They really need some customer service training. I came in wanting to buy a necklace, the cashier/ sales representative was so rude I didn't. She literally talked the store out of a sure sale by having such a repugnant attitude.
Jewerly is gorgeous!! Employees are nice helpful.. Didnt have sizes in the rings i liked though
Horrible customer service! I have to give them 0 star
One of the few places I shop for jewelry these days.
