Bought a men’s bracelet/watch online 12/14 to be delivered to this store before Christmas. Was never notified of delay in package, called the store on the 22nd, and was told they were too busy to look through the packages that came in. Contacted customer service who informed me that someone FROM THE STORE signed for the package 12/17 but it was “unable to be located”. Opened up a claim on 12/22, was assigned a case manager 12/28, still no resolution. Was told I would need to wait until 01/11 for an investigation to be done although SOMEONE AT THIS ZALES LOCATION SIGNED FOR MY PACKAGE. Will be filing a complaint as well as disputing the charge with my bank, because this is starting to feel like fraud.
James provided us the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service and made our ring buying experience both memorable and enjoyable. When we look back on our ring shopping experience, James was the KEY to us finding the perfect ring!! After months of no luck and poor customer service, James was a beacon of hope and POSITIVITY! He greeted us with kindness, listened to what we had to say, took the time to understand our requirements, and most important of all, delivered on results!! He did not pressure us and constantly reminded me that this was MY perfect ring to wear for a lifetime, and I should not settle for anything less. This teamwork resulted in the most beautiful princess-cut engagement ring with a knife edge. Most impressive is his out-of-the-box creative thinking skills -- each time we hit a roadblock, he was the first to offer alternate solutions to get us what we were looking for. For any bride-to-be, I highly recommend James at the Zales Pentagon City. James - thank you for being the best customer service rep ever and for making our engagement ring shopping process an EXPERIENCE and not a transaction. You have gained a lifelong customer. The staff at this location are so wonderful! Jasmine went above and beyond to help us create a custom engagement and wedding bands as well as rushing the order to have them in time for an engagement photo session! Thank you so much to the whole staff, but especially Jasmine! We love our rings and i would recommend working with this jeweler anytime to anyone. Always felt like we were special clients and received the best service!
I booked an appointment to fix a bracelet online. The appointment was in the middle of the day when I got to the store it was closed. A customer service told me to go to another store about an hour away. Stay away.
Skinny, Tall, African American female, NEVER knows what she’s doing. Always looking lost. Messed up ppl diamond bonds and all. Very nonchalant about her mistakes. Short Afghanistan female, RUDE AS HELL… new and swear she has it all figured out. Doesn’t know how to process ANYTHING. Gives the wrong prices and then when time to pay, gives a price nowhere close to the first price and gives off an “oh well” attitude. This particular store only has ONE GOOD EMPLOYEE. & I honestly feel bad that she has to work with so many untrained employees Will never come and give business to this particular store.
After a full day of engagement ring shopping w friends, I had been to 7 different stores with plenty of people trying to sell me on things I didn’t even want. I did an online search to find my perfect ring, saw it was at Zales and gave them a call. James was cheerful and helpful on the phone, and knew exactly who I was when I arrived. Now every time my husband and I come back, they all recognize us and are always so warm and personable. When I went in for Christmas gifts, the sales associate cleaned my rings while we processed payment. I’ve never had a bad experience. I never thought I’d be loyal to a chain jewelry store, but we keep coming back because we absolutely love it there!

I've been looking for quite some time for my wedding band. I stopped in this store once in November and even though I found a ring I thought I liked, but wasn't ready to make the purchase. When I came back a month later Thomas remembered me and spent a good amount of time with me to make sure I found a ring I truly liked and felt comfortable with. Everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.
The customer service here was excellent. I had an issue with an online order and everyone jumped in to help make it right—including the customer department who had to process my return. I was a little hesitant to come in since other locations had received negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wish I knew the names of the associates that helped me one of the managers was dressed like Maleficent on that day : I would definitely come back to this location for my jewelry needs and would recommend them to others!!
I worked with Humda today at the Pentagon location and she was BEYOND amazing..! Her personality, her customer service, and her overall amazing energy was phenomenal.! I’m getting married soon and I came in to purchase my wedding band and upgrade my wife ring she absolutely made my shopping experience stress free..!! On top of her amazing customer service she kept everything so clean.! Her and Zufan was cleaning every chance they got and was very prompt with making sure every one kept they distance.! And for another bonus the music they played was perfect to hear..! I had such a great experience today that I didn’t care how much I spent I had such a great time shopping that I walked out Witt beautiful rings and a happier wife.! Thankyou Humda
