It has been a tremendous journey throughout my process in acquiring the necessary documents for my work and travel. They communicate with you and work with you to give you everything required.

I had a really good experience with swat and this was my first time going on the program. They answered all my queries and within reasonable time too. Their customer service is one of a kind and they have some really nice people answering the phones and at the office. I joined the program really late and let me tell you swat had everything ready for me before the interview. They literally got everything ready in less than a week of me receiving my job offer. The day before my interview at the embassy I had to rush to the office to get my documents as there was no internet connection where I was. It was in the evening and when I called swat to tell them I wanted to pick up my documents as I could not get them printed it was almost closing time. The lady stayed behind to ensure I got my documents and she stayed on the phone with me giving me directions until I reached the office. I had a really great experience with swat and I will definitely be using them again.
